Nothing special today, just the usuals (but some of those I'm happy to continue getting) . Yesterday I did get all the repeats plus $4/20 Facial Skin Care, $.75 off any Colgate Toothbrush, and $1 off any Hair Accessories. Rented another FREE Redbox movie so I have an excuse to go back tomorrow without dh thinking I'm wasting gas not buying anything. |

Tonight I got all the repeats. So now I'm up to 3/each of the $2 Shampoo etc.. and $3/$10 Cosmetics. ![]() I did price check for the Hershey's New Simple Pleasures Pouch. I think it was over $4 but 2/$6 with my card. Too pricey for me.

I am so frustrated! I have been to my CVS for the last 5 days and tried to scan my card for coupons and it keeps saying that coupons are not able to print!! But you can scan any product to get a price check...I asked the cashier when will it be fixed and she had no idea...I went to my other CVS but its a pain in the butt cause its out of my way...has anyone ever heard of the red machine not working and for this long?!?! Do you think the store manager is doing this on purpose? I have missed out on many GOOD coupons that CVS has been giving out this week!!!! ![]() |

I'm so lucky to have 3 CVS stores within 10 miles of my house- because at least one of the coupon machines is down in one of the stores at any given time.

It's most likely cause they need to replace the paper. Simple as that.

The closest store to me had their machine down for more than a week once...it wouldn't have been too big of a deal since I have several stores close by, but for some reason 3 out of the 4 stores I visited that week had their machines down. I know sometimes they just need the paper replaced, but I think sometimes they shut it down for maintenance issues?

I think the paper is probably out. I've been to one store where the machine says out of paper, and another where it says please contact a CVS associate. Even then it was out of paper. I have 4 stores within 5 minutes of my house and at any given time a machine will be out of commission.

At the other...it has been down at least 50% of the time over the past year and even when it is "working" it's still not working properly! The "beep" when you scan your card is ear splitting and can easily be heard throughout the entire store, It takes as long as 30 seconds to print each coupon(literally you have to wait 3 minutes until all coupons print) and the pile of junk is so bad that employees had to tutor us on how to open the machine ourselves and feed the paper through when there is a "jam"....which we have done many times when the machine actually is somewhat working. And again at the other CVS I live by...no issues EVER! Some red machines clearly are JUNK! I actually should contact corporate about this because at this point I am beyond fed up over all the CRT's I have been robbed of. Probably out of paper like everyone said. It seems like most cvs employees don't want to change the paper. It always seems to happen to me exactly when I need a coupon the most! A couple times recently I've gotten an updating message...it takes a long time to "update" and as soon as you try to check a price it goes back to the updating message. |

Several of the stores near me have broken machines and it is NOT the paper. There is some strange message in a pop up box on the machines. I can't even check the prices on them. Luckily, there are three stores near my job and one of them always works. You can usually look in the left hand corner to see if there is paper in the machine. |

My hubby scanned my card last night and said he that he got some message and the machine froze. I have never had it happen and thought he was making it up, but now I'm think I should probably cut him some slack after hearing your stories. What made me most made is they didn't even have what he went for and he didn't stop at the second store on his way home!
