Just got this email (after already going to CVS :p) it's good until Sunday. Did anyone else get this and if so what are you planning to use it on?

It may be worth it to use it on the b30g10 deal....without any coupons you could spend 21 and get 10 ecb...so if you had any decent coupons it could be a good deal

I think I plan on using my 10/30 Gillette coupons with the 30% off and the b1g1 coupons from the paper and the Revlon. I have 2 of the 10.00 off coupons, maybe 3 I can't remember if one printed yesterday or not.

I am assuming you can use the 10/30 and the % off together so long as non "sale" items are bought it should make for a good deal.

Yea that's the amazing part about the 30%...it's just on top of all the purchases, after all your coupons. I think I may do my cover girl b1g1 deal too...to get it in for the rebate

Yay I got mine too! Too bad I did my revlon & maybelline deal yesterday evening. Usually I get an email early in the week (Mondays) if I get a % but this week it didn't come until today. I figured with it being a slow week I'd just get it done and over with... and of course, 30% shows up today!!

It's only considered a sale item if the price is lowered. All the items in the cvs ad say "sale" but I noticed a lot of the ecb offers seem to be on full price items (not all though). I think those items are full price, but I'll have to double check. If the price on the shelf is the same it is.

I know I did my revlon too!!! But it doesn't say the quantity is reached, so I know I can do it at least one more time...anyone know the *real* limit??

I don't think I've ever used a percent off q at cvs before. I really don't shop there that often. So can someone please clarify the percent off. I think I saw that its after all cvs q's but before manu q's? Is that true? And yes, I know it doesn't come off sale items TIA

U can use it to buy the newspaper on Sunday so that it lowers ur OOP

I believe the real limit is 4. I saw someone reference doing it 6 times but I think she has 2 cards.

I was thinking the same thing, but someone in another thread said it wouldn't work. If it does I could get some cheap paper towels!

Yea I went today to scan my card and check a few prices and the paper towels are priced lower than usual so technically on "sale". But the 30% doesn't end until Sunday so I'm going to look at that flier and see if there is better deals to use it on.

But you could definitely use it with the 10/30 Gillette, 3/10 hair notions or 3/10 cvs brand to make some good deals. I'm considering at least doing the b2g1 free cvs brand nail supplies, plus the 3/10 CBS brand items....I think the 2 you're charged for will be counted towards the percentage but I'm not sure.

Tip: Typically the emailed coupons (% and $/$$) give a use by date. The use by date is just the last day you have to print or send the coupon to card. Once you do that action you get another 3 or 4 days to use the coupon. I always send to card on the last day if I havent used it prior, you never know what will pop up! Now I have had those coupons just disappear from my account before the use by date. I have emailed CS and they have re-set the coupon (usually with a really long expiration date) but that can take up to 2 days. I still prefer to take that risk even though I have had to throw a scenario out when the coupon disappeared.


The ads for next week are very regional,be sure to look at your preview on the CVS site instead of relying on the preview here at AFC!

Thanks for the information! I've gotten the % deal 4 times in the last 2 months....used it twice so far, first time I didn't read the one print and only saved a couple bucks, second time did pretty well saving about 60% and this time I'm hoping to have learned from you guys and make out great

I'll have to follow your method next time it sounds smarter than just printing it right away (like I did )

I'm pretty sure it's linked to how much you shop there/spend there. I never remember getting these emails at all until after I started couponing a lot/learned about the magic coupon machine....about 3-4 months ago. But I could be wrong
