I think my answer was all " positive". Make CVS your priority when answering each questions. It also requires you to write a common.I filled a prescription last week and all the questions are related to Pharmacy.I think when ask whether you filled prescription with CVS or not,u should go with "yes".

I qualified to complete the survey and it was based on "customer service". I also earned $10 in ECB's - woo hoo!! Plus, it doesn't exp until 7/8 :-)

How come i never get any emails for the surveys? i did register for the CVS advisory panel or whatever it is but never got any survey to do. I have saved cvs email in my addressbook too..

I don't receive every survey request and it's been quite awhile since I've received one. I think they randomly choose people to complete them. It sounds as if you've completed the necessary steps to make CVS aware that you are willing to participate in the surveys, so I would suggest that you just keep checking your emails. You might also want to check your spam folder. HTH~

I got it too! I answered no on the prescriptions and qualified. Plus when I used it at CVS today, I got a $5 off $10 AND a 25% off next purchase coupons on my receipt. What's going on? I never get good coupons usually. Stoked.
