The IP BOGO MQ for ocean spray says redeem at Wal-Mart.. CVS say they do not take them even though it is a MQ, not a Walmart q..

It's good at any retailer unless it says "redeem ONLY at Wal-Mart." Unfortunately, some cashiers/managers don't understand this and there usually is no way to convince them that "redeem at XYZ store" merely means that XYZ store has paid the mfr. for advertising space on the coupon.

The coupon policy states that CVS does not accept q's that have other stores logos on them, regardless if they say "only redeemable at...." or not.

I must be blind because I don't see that anywhere in their coupon policy.

Note: CVS/pharmacy will not accept third party manufacturers’ coupons with another retailer’s logo."
