Hello, I just got a 25% off cvs q in my receipt.... I looked around but everything there is either a promotion or on sale... how do you use your % qs??..
it expires on the 15... any past experiences or ideas will help... I'm new to couponing so I pretty much need everything and anything....

You can use that on clearance items and anything that is regular price but also has an ecb reward.
