Dear CVS Advisor,

CVS is conducting a brief survey for a quality assurance testing laboratory located in Canton, MA and we are currently recruiting for a 17 day "Home Use", study involving Children's Products". Three products will be shipped to you along with instructions. You will be instructed to complete (3) on-line questionnaires after using each sample product for 5 days.

If you are interested in participating please click on the link below to see if you qualify. To thank respondents who complete this survey to see if you qualify for the follow-up studies, you will be able to print a coupon for $2 in ExtraBucks* immediately following the survey. We are no longer incentivizing those who do not qualify. This study will close as soon as we reach the number of completes needed!

If you qualify to participate in the research, and complete three phases of the research, you will receive a $50.00 CVS gift card as compensation for your time and effort.

Please Note: If you’re not hooked up to a working printer at the time of completion you will receive an email with a link to print the $2.00 coupon at a later date and time.

I didn't get it although I would be leery of testing any type of children's product that is ingested. Did it give any more info on what products, or type of products, they are testing?

I ended up getting the email and had the same thing happen. It asked if I am at home or work in the same section so I wondered if it dq'd me for working full time, not that we use both. DH is a SAHD so tried to go back and do it as him because he could try a product but it wouldn't let me fill it out again.

ppl check your emails...I got into the study...training pants are being shipped tomm and come UPS...once you complete the study you get a $50 CVS giftcard
