Have a $3 off $10 Healthcare Q from the Red Machine. Can I use it on deodorant or does it have to be on medicines, etc?

I wouldn't consider deodorants as Healthcare.

You can ask the cashier or manager if you can use it on clinical strength deodorant. Since its a CVS Q and not a MQ it can be accepted at their discretion.

True, thanks! Do you think baby ibuprofen would qualify if not? I have a teether here so he sometimes needs a dose of ibuprofen at night. I also have a $3 CRT for Advil Congestion Relief, may have to check that out as well.

If the deodorant isn't accepted, you could still get ECBs to use towards it doing this scenario:

$5.99 Zyrtec get $5.99 ECB
$5.99 Pediacare get $5 ECB
- $1/1 Pediacare IP NLA
- $2/1 Zyrtec IP
- $3/$10 Healthcare CRT
= $5.98, get $10.99 ECB = $5.01 MM (use those ECB towards deodorant)

Even without the IPs, it's a $2.01 MM thanks to the healthcare CRT!
