If it's a non sale item yes but watch it because the 20% could make your transaction less than $50 so plan accordingly

I used mine to get speedsticks. Not as good when it was MM and on sale for 1.99 but i still have MM if I send my rebate.

- 2 bogo coupon 7.98
-20% 3.19
= 4.79 then get 5 ecb and $5 mir

Also with the maybelline baby lips if you missed out last wk's deal

Baby lips 3.99*3= 11.97
-3 2/1 maybelline lips q
-20% q 2.39
= 3.58 Receive 3 ecb so its .58 cents for. 3 baby lips.

Last wks deal are awesome but i didnt able to go to cvs coz my coupons didnt arrive and I had flu but i think its decent deal with 20% and i paired it with 3/15 so yay!
