The other night the guy at the register handed my b/f back the extra buck he used, I called and spoke with the manager he said if there is any problems he will contact me, I waited a day or two well then he went to get the 4/12.00 mountain dew deal and no extra buck printed!!
I think they took it?? or he just didnt get it or spent it anyone help please? I have the extra buck put up in case he trys to reuse it . I know him, But would the guys drawer come up short? Or does it auto matically cancel the extra buck and show? I dont know what to do. Thanks

I would take the 1 ECB back and then have them print you the ECB for the Mountain Dew.

Its just crazy They never called me to get it back or anything I guess you cant reuse it or he just isnt worried about It its 4.99 so I thought maybe the kids drawer would come up short? But guess not they didnt know to explain the mountain dew .

no his register wouldnt come up short because of that, checks and cash are the only things that can make their register come up short

I wouldn't throw it out. Take it back -- cashiers drawers are also shorted if coupons are missing, per the CSM at Wags. I had a situation where the Q was returned to me because the cashier didn't think it was taken off. I looked at my receipt at home and it had come off. I went back the next day and the CSM said her drawer was indeed short the coupon, but they found another one in the office and put that in place of the missing one. She was glad I came back in, but told me to go ahead and keep my coupon.

I don't know about CVS and the ECB's, but the store needs to be accountable for them in some manner. JMO
