CRTs - are they card-specific?
I know that ECB and x/xx coupons are card specific, but is that the same for CRT coupons with a certain amount off of a product? I have never tried to use one that wasnt for a specific card, but if they work then maybe I can rescue some of the ones that are abandoned on top of the scanner each week!
