Cvs Please help me figure this out....
Hi everyone, since I'm so new to all of this, I am one confused lady!!!!
So today at my local CVS, I wanted to purchase the one touch mini, which usually retails for 19.99. But in may, you get extra saving of the clip free coupon which is $2 off. Anyway, so the one touch was scanning at 17.99, fine.. but I had a coupon for $20 off, any one touch, including the mini.
The cashier told me she could not take my coupon, bc it's more then the product is. I told her, it's ok just take the coupon, And she ( with a BIG attitude) replied that she is not going to take the coupon.

Please someone help me figure out, what happened???

I would have asked for the manager. She obviously wasn't trained properly. She just had to enter the amount of the meter - 17.99 for the coupon. That is how it worked with the bayer contour anyway.
