90% off cigarettes?!
I do not smoke, but wanted to mention this for those who do...there were a whole bunch of cigarettes, both cartons & individual packages marked to 90%. some Winstons, some Marlboros, some Virginia Slims. I have never, ever seen cigarettes on clearance before. Oh, and I think the taxes are decreased on them based on the clearance price, but I'm not sure. Just what I overheard.

they must be expired or about out of date , that's the only time stores put them on clearance.
