Sometimes a clearance item that is in the "family" of products that has a ECB with purchase will also produce that ECB. Sometimes that clearance item won't produce the ECB.

In this particular case, the Fusion does not automatically produce the ECB at check out. If you happen to have a manager who believes that the ad pertains to "ALL" fusion razors, the manager can force print the ECB for you. You can certainly ask before check out. If you have a manager who believes that the razor must cost $9.99 (as the ad indicates) to receive an ECB, you're out of luck.
