This has happened 3x and I'm not sure what's going on. All of my transactions have been over the $30 mark ($30.48...$31.98 ect) but the bottom of the receipt showed that I still need a couple dollars extra. Even the managers and I added all the items and saw it was over $30 but it isn't tracking. Is anyone else having these problems? Same happened with my green bag tag I'm at 12 no $1 ecb for 8 or 12.

That happened to me once the other day last week. I bought m&ms, and although I knew they were part of the gas card, it didn't track, so I thought maybe I made a mistake and bought something else and it didn't track.. So they forced it for me.. It kept telling me I was $2 away from my next card no matter what I spent

Are you adding presale prices or post sale prices? If the totals are after sale prices I'd call customer service and they'll make any corrections for you.

Same here, and some of my Cover Girl didn't ring up 50% off. I haven't gotten a chance to get back to the store though.

I'm only adding the after sale prices. (after $7 on PF & after bogo 1/2 on cg) But even the receipt showed it was over $30 and still nothing. One of the managers suggested I call corp...they were closed . So she pushed it through but It still says i need a couple $ towards my next $30.

Can you list the items you are buying and the pricing?

The double ended concealers, happy blush, ph blush and kohl eye pencils were all working for me.

That is so odd! It isnt even like you can easily tell what didnt track. Of that stuff I only bought the Pantene, I had no issues. Are you by any chance somewhere were the bad storms were? Some other people were reporting issues in the storm areas. Sorry, hopefully CS will sort it out and right it.

Same thing happened to me, went on Monday and bought some PF, H&S, and Pantene....did get enough for 1 $10 Gas Card, but the bottoms of my receipt never updated with any of the info, it still says I need $1.98 towards Beauty Club which is what it was at before my trip and still says I need $4.54 towards my Gas Card which is what it was at before....i thought maybe it needed some time to update but just checked my account online and it's still saying that I need those amounts towards my Beauty Club. What should I do?
And I am not in a storm area either!

I would email CS with the relevant information. I am guessing they will be able to straighten all of it up.

I agree - wait 48 hours and call CVS customer service. They can add it all up and force print some ECB for you at the Red Machine.

With Covergirl make sure you dont pick up any clearance - those aren't counting towards the deal.

I had this happen twice for me. In one transaction, none of the Pantene styling products tracked (it was listed in the flyer as part of the gas card). I had the cashier add it up and she came to a total of $30.29 (the register tracked it at $24.??). Since it didn't print the certificate for the gas card, she forced it.

Another transaction I didn't realize I picked up 2 of the clearance CGs. But that didn't matter in the long run, because something on that receipt was not 'totally' tracked. In other words, all of the items that should have tracked (except the 2 clearance items) should have come to $26.38 but the receipt only tracked $25.92

Happened to me when I bought a $29.99 beach chair. I used my 30% coupon and $3.50 in ECB. The cashier had to force print it for me.

i brought $29 worth of gas card stuff for the sale through july 3rd, there is another gas card deal starting july 4th. will the $29 roll over or no??? i cant believe i was $1 short from getting to $30 for the gas card coupon to print. please help....

It should have rolled over. Dawn is 0.97, there are $1 coupons and 0.25 coupons available. I think that would be your cheapest option for a dollar.

No. If a product is 8.29-7.00, it will be 1.29. 1.29 is what the product rings up at. 1.29 is what counts toward the gas card.
