| Why hasn't my Beauty Club total updated?
I made several purchases Wednesday that I am 100% positive should've counted toward my beauty club totals & it's now Saturday & my total hasn't updated. The purchases should have also triggered a $5 Beauty Club ECB. No go. I don't even think my Spring spending updated to reflect those purchases. Worst part is I threw the receipt away. What do I do now?

Call CS, they have all your receipt info... What exactly did you buy? |

Same thing happened to me yesterday I called cs they told me there is a 2 day delay in things posting to beauty club.

This was a problem for me in the past month or so. CS finally fixed it for me. If it has been longer than 2 days call them.

Mine haven't counted my last 3 trips and cs won't do anything cause I already sent my receipts for the rebate ! (

I thought beauty club could be up to a 5 day delay. If you bought the items Wed that is only 2 days ago. I would expect it to update by next Wednesday at the latest (I am not counting Sat and Sun as updating days). I have also had the quarterly spending take more than 2 days to update, even though they say 2 days for that. I usually dont watch it that closely but it was the month that we were having the contest.

| CVS can pull up every single purchase youve ever made, so I dont see what not having your receipts would do with anything.

I'd call back and talk to someone else. They were super nice to me the lady offered to go over my account and everything. I told her no I'd just call back if it didn't update soon.

I am in the same boat. My beauty club total has not updated even though I did several transactions on Wednesday morning 5/16. Did some more shopping today and I noticed on my receipt it still says totals as of 5/13. Calling Monday, too.

I wonder if it has something to do with all of us purchasing Pantene (beauty products) that the system is overloaded. I know personally that I have been to CVS at least 2 times everyday this past week. I just learn to be patient and hope that it will caught up. It's icing on the cake when it does come out of the red machine. Love CVS.

Note to self: keep track of BC spending. I never do! OP, I used to keep track and once had the same as Amy, got the email the day after I made purchases that put me over the $50. Let us know what happens when you call back!

BC has been so fickle this year. We usually say 48 hours but it's been taking a solid 5 days for it to update sometimes. Don't know what's going on with that.

My totals just updated. However my new $5 ECB isn't showing in my account yet. Just the previous one that says "redeemed." Hopefully that will correct itself.
