You can but the 30% off comes off the total after the $4 is subtracted.

Yup I planned on using on some non sale items I needed, I got a bunch of great deals with CRTS, manufacturer qs and 4/20 and 30 percent I saved 38.34. Thanks everyone for response

I got a 25% off CRT and have no idea what to use it on. It says no to clearance, sale, promotions, etc. Does that all include the ECB eligible items too? That's most of the store!! LOL...HELP SPEND MY MONEY

Well last time I used it on the physicians formula that wasn't on sale that week and a $15 off crt which made it free plus it gave me 20 bucks in beauty bucks which pushed me over the edge. I also like to use it on summer stuff and sometimes toys or anything I can combine with a manufacturer q to take something from normal price to half price.

I used to think so to but some stuff the produces EBC's but arent on sale and still makes a good deal.Ex: I was trying to stock up on the nexxus before the end of the month and these came in handy when I ran out of coupons.Although you can still use the coupons with it.
