Wow, so now they no longer give $1 bucks for every two scripts filled? I'm a bit confused....

I guess the purpose of this is to stop ppl earning credits for ppl who do not live in the same address? Hmmmm, interesting.

The Pharmacy ExtraBucks Rewards program is only available to card members in Charlotte, Cleveland, Columbus, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Oklahoma City and Portland-Auburn right now.

I've been wondering about this. I noticed that the usual note on the receipt about earning an ecb when getting a prescription hasn't appeared on the receipt for the last 2 prescriptions that I picked up.

I live in Minnesota and have never received a $1 ECB for every 2 filled. I just received a flyer in the mail to sign up for this new deal of $5 ECB for every 5 filled. I will have to see if anything shows up on my receipt when I do get a refill .

The regular program gives you $1 ECB for every two you fill, but they print out as part of your Quarterly Rewards - not when you fill the prescriptions.

Now I feel silly. I had wondered why my quarterly ecb was so high. Wasn't going to complain and hadn't had the time to ask. I get all of our meds from there so between my monthly meds and hubby's beetus meds, ecb's!


I hope this is still going on this quarter because we have been there way too much this month! Lol

Let me get this straight. fill out your card number, your store number and you enter each prescription you get filled? then you get $5 for each 5 you enter? Sounds sort of like the Nature Made thing.

I got the same thing. Hopefully it will work, eventually, for my location.

Just though I'd let you all know the basics of it. I'm a cvs employee in nc and they're just trying it out in our area right now. But what's a little bit like the beauty club. After you fill five prescriptions for people you have enrolled on your card it will print out a $5 ecb about a week after. The $1 for every 2 that was previously used did not work if you had any federal ins like tricare Medicare or Medicaid. This new program includes EVERYONE in your household. You do have to sign a consent form for each member and you all must have the same address. Hope this clears things up for everyone any more questions just let me know

last month i had a lot of dental problems and had to have 2 antibiotics and 3 pain pills filled and signed up before that and got my $5 ecb last week. I'm in NC but my mom's state ohio doesn't have it yet.

I just transferred my meds to wags cause I seen no major benefit in filling them at cvs got the $25 gc but only 1 gc for both my meds if cvs had a better incentive program I might have stayed
