Does this work?
For example, an item,say a cookie,is $2 and you get a $2 ECB, limit one. I buy one and get my ECB just like always.

Can I go back and get two more cookies at the sale price knowing that the ECB will not print again?

Is this how it works?

Oh, I should also add, on occasion the limit for the sale price will be by the transaction in that situation. But not always. The cashier can tell you right away after the second item scans if you're not getting the sale price and take it right off.
