This is what I purchased on thursday
4 panteene = 13.32
3 herbal essence mousse = 9.99

my receipt said i needed 6.69 to get my Cash card
I went on saturday to buy 3 herbal essence mousse = 9.99
It did not track and I did not get my cash card? why did this happen
What do I do?

This happened to me as well tonight! It said I needed 3.67 for my next gc; so I went and spent 3.37 (was hoping that was close enough and it should've been) but my reciept that printed restarted my reward balance? I'm bringing it back tomorrow for my gc.

It might be weird with some of the things last night. I needed like 5.50, and it didn't happen. I think it was because I went around change up time for the two sales periods. The Pantene are in this coming weeks flyer as well, same price just no CC. So I think it had to take the new weeks.

I then ran and got another charmin (no coupon :-( ) and it rang up. So that's my only logical thought on it

This would be my guess, too. When both sales are running, the register will choose the better deal for you (and it never seems to be the one you want...). If the cashier is aware that it's happening, they should be able to help you with it. If not, call customer service. They can pull up your transaction history and fix it for you, too.

I had the same thing happen and the cashier had to manually print my $10 cvs cash. She said it was a corporate problem they were trying to fix.

It happened to me this morning around 1230.first trans I spent 55. needed 5 to get gc so went and spent 7.98 but didnt print.it started over as well.But I went back later this morning and did another deals worth and the receipt printed for 20.00 in gc.It just had to catch up for some reason.

Thank you so much for the replies. I went back to the cvs today and had to show the manager all my receipts, but she gave me my cash card

Whenever this happens to me, I email cvs and they issue it to me no problem. They are very fast at emails too.

Im guessing that it did have something to do with the change of sales. I always try to finish up my CVS cash cards before Saturday, has always worked out better for me, as Saturday gives me a jump on the following week
