This morning I logged in to see if my beauty club ECBs had posted, which they had.
I glanced at my fall spending and noticed it had dropped from $40 to $6.
Is there any reason for this that I am unaware of?

That happened to me too! I just came on to ask a question about this. It had been $23 which seems right and then it went to $12 and now it is $4.99

I got a reply from customer service:

Thank you for your response to our inquiry regarding your Fall 2011 spending total.

Please accept my apology that you are not showing the correct quarterly spending total on your account. I have adjusted the purchase information on your ExtraCare Card which is now included in your quarterly spending to reflect the proper total.

Although they say they have adjusted my total it is still completely the same, not sure whats going on.

How long did it take to get a response? I e-mailed a couple of days ago asking why my totals seemed so low and so far have had no response.

It took about two days. My total is correct as of today, they must have had some hiccup in the system or something.

My total is still wacky. Yesterday it went from 4.99 to 30.00 and now it is 20.xx...Im getting a little worried because I would like for my accurate amount to be there for the ECB print out. Is anyone else still having this issue? My Beauty Club is correct.

I noticed this too.

I thought I saw someone mention on here that for every $10 GC you earn they deduct $10 from your quarterly spending. I don't remember who said it, where I read it or if it's true but I thought that would be interesting.

Unless it's because people are rolling CVS cards rather than ECBs and ECBs used reduce your quarterly spending and gift cards don't. Hmmm.

That's what I was thinking. They don't want to keep paying you 2% on the same $10 you keep spending over, and over, and over again

Last I checked my quarterly spending was down to $4.99, I figured because they couldn't make anymore $10 deductions from $4.99

That wouldn't be very fair though, seeing as these gift cards are advertised as "free" not 0 oop but we take away from your quarterly spending

But also, what about if you are not getting the CVS gift card? I thought I saw a lot of people trying out the AMEX cards and some others, I wonder if that is being taken out of the quarterly spending as well.

Has anyone called about this yet? I am not sure if they are close right now but I can call tomorrow.
