Question Q's and total purchase for ECB
Do I understand this correctly? If I have to buy x.xx amount to get an ECB, that's before q's not after, right? I want to do the Olay lotion deal in the 11/1 ad, and I have a B1G1F q from a magazine. My total has to be $14 before the q? TIA
