Using EB's to purchase GCs??
I'm curious if I can use up my extra care bucks by buying a gift card? Those pre-loaded ones for other retailers. These next couple of weeks don't have much for me and I think it would be more wise to get a GC than just buy unnecessary stuff.

It says on the bottom of the ECB's that they can't be used to buy gift cards, so unfortunately no. I would love to do that also

the cheating way would be buying something with your ECB (not something that produces ECB) and then return it, and you get a GC. I've not done this, but when I've had to return things in the past it ended up working out like this.
