I have needed several cards in the last few weeks -- and one of my store randomly had all gift bags, ribbon, and more 90% off -- so I had some accumulated $ toward buy $20 hallmark get $2 ECBs. This week (maybe longer?) hallmark cards are buy 2 get 1 free. So I stocked up on more cards in 2 different transactions taking advantage of $4 off $20. Those purchases have not registered in my accumulation for the buy $20 hallmark get $2 ECBs.

Is anyone else having this problem this week? I recall once before I received my hallmark "reward" at the scanner rather than at the end of my receipt, so perhaps there is always a delay. I was hoping some of it would "accumulate" by today, but it didn't. Maybe i should call CS tomorrow.

I believe that the quarterly promotion (Hallmark, American Greetings and Hershey's) take at least 48 hours to "credit" to your account. It could potentially be longer, but I know that I've read that it isn't instant. HTH!

Thanks! has anyone seen their "credit" pop up for the cards after 48 hours? Scanner or at the bottom of your receipt?

I had the same problem, bought two cards today and it didn't give credit towards the Hallmark $20. Was wondering about this too!

I only recall that it printed my CRT for a free card after a transaction a few days or a week later... sorry I can't help more!
