I wanted to use the free coupon on the mineral powder that is 12.99 at CVS. They told me I could not use it b/c the free item would be more than the foundation which was 4.99. Is this right? They had also scanned my 4/20 coupon and even though I had her void the order when I went to use it later I couldn't.

I was able to get another makeup for 9.49 free even though the foundation was only 4.99 The cpn says ANY, so they should have allowed it.

The q beeped for me. My cashier asked if there was a price limit, and I told him I hadn't been able to find one. He looked carefully, couldn't find it, and pushed it through. I purchased a 9.xx face powder with the free q.

BOTH my qs beeped. She wasn't going to take EITHER even tho my item was less value (4.99 foundation, 3.49 lipstick on clearance). Now I realize that maybe lipstick doesn't count. My bad! VERY frustrating!!! She pushed the FREE coupon thru...wouldn't take the other! I don't usually have any trouble at my CVS. bummer.

I bought the 4.99 foundation and got a free 7.99 product free. There was some question but after I explained what the coupon said they ran it through. Also I used another $1 off coupon.

When I got mine CVS had covergirl BOGO 1/2 off so I got 2 off the $9.xx trueblend foundations for 4.59 (tax included). I used the BOGO coupon and the $1/1 coupon

The cashier let me do this twice so I got 4 bottles of the TrueBlend for $9.18

With a BOGO coupon you usually get the lower price item for free. The covergirl BOGO coupon however does not specify any price limit.

One of my stores let me get the $4.99 foundation and let me use the free coupon on a $12.99 blush. The next store would not let me do it though...

i was able to get the mineral bronzer with no problem and it was 8.99

Well I ended up getting a powder for 12.99 and the foundnation and it took off 6.69. the original price of the foundation. I was going to keep it for that price but since rite aid is having a buy one get free sale I'm going to return the ones to CVS.
