I got a few questions about rainchecks!

#1 My boyfriend has his card linked with his mothers and she usually never uses her card. A few weeks ago were Aquafresh and Sensodyne on sale $4.99 plus $3 ECB. So I went and they didn't had any so I got a raincheck now I find out she already used the limit. Can I still use the raincheck or it is not allowed?

#2 Next week Aquafresh and Sensodyne are on sale if I use the raincheck do I get it for $3.99 or for 4.99? And do I get both ECB? The $3 and the $2?

#2-When using a raincheck you get the pricing & ECBs (if applicable) that were active at the time you requested the ECBs, you should not get both ECBs if you wait and use them next week.
#1-Technically, you can use the raincheck and get the ECB too even though the limit is reached on that card because the ECB is force printed and doesn't automatically print when you buy the items. But honestly, if you've reached the limit already, perhaps you shouldn't.

Re: #2, recently when I tried to use my rc for the Blink eyedrops(free after EB), the cashier rang it up as taxable item, and he told me that's the new way to do rc per management. My guess is to prevent people from double dipping. (not that Blink was on special offer that day I redeemed the rc. But I couldn't think of any other reason.)

Re: #1, ditto what rachelhale said. Currently CVS has not started tracking people redeeming their rc. But it might change if more and more people try to take advantage of that.
