| CVS Advisor Panel - What if you don't get your ECB?
Back in July I filled out a survey for the advisor panel. It said I qualified, I received the link, and I took the survey. It was quite time consuming because I had to compare the wags and cvs ad, blah blah and it took almost 1/2 an hour to get it completed. It said I was supposed to have my ECB by 7/23/09 - and I have scanned and scanned and scanned my card and made purchases - but no ECB! I was supposed to receive $10 by that date. I of course do not have the email any longer - does ANYONE have any idea who I could call or email to see if I can get the ECB issued to my card? I'm so disappointed and kinda ticked that I went to all that work for nothing. HELP!

Oh you had to wait to receive your ECB? I just took a survey today and was able to print it up right then and there and a copy was emailed to me as well. Hmmm. Maybe you could call customer service? I am not exactly sure how the advisor panel is connected to CVS, directly or not but it doesn't hurt to try and call them.

I did the survey also. The Survey said I was expected to get the $10 on or about August 29th. So far, nothing has come out. I was told it was supposed to print out when I bought something as an ECB........Still waiting.

i was supposed to get $10 ECB by Aug 27 but nothing come off and i waited for couple of days & sent an email to CVS Advisor panel about my issue. CVS Advisor panel replied me within a week and told by that by sep 5 i should be able to get my ECB and when i went to the store on friday my ECB printed. Mail them you will get your ECB within a week. email id CVSHelpdesk@researchresults.com |

The same thing has happened to me both times that I took the survey. Call 1800 SHOP CVS and choose the Extra Care Bucks option. Tell them the situation. They will verify your participation, and have the ECBs credited to your account. both times this has happened, I received the ECBs a few days later. For this reason, I NOW will always keep the confirmation email that I qualified for the survey. HTH! |

I just finished my survey and got my $10 ECB's. The email said: Dear xxxx, We would like to thank you for agreeing to participate in Sunday's online survey. We had some system problems over the weekend and hope that you will be able to participate today... Note: You will be able to print your ECB's immediately after completing the survey. did one a couple of days ago and it emailed me a ecb to print right after i took the survey

I got the same email. I was supposed to have gotten a survey Sunday but it never showed up. Got the above email yesterday, took the survey (about CVS ad vs Wags ad) and got a link at the end of the survey that let me print my ECB.
