I'm assuming the gov sent out 'credit card' type to cut down on fraud, can't exactly just photocopy or print out fake vouchers this way. I'd rather get a 'credit card' than have my voucher refused by some mis-informed cashier, ala the issues lately with IPs and Target.

I got mine today, now I'm looking for someone who has them on sale, hopefully the stores will compete, even mildly, for our business. I have three TVs but you only get 2 cards, that's okay, I really rarely watch TV anyway, I just have TVs that were given to me.

we don't have cable, and we only had two channels to watch before getting the converter box, for $49.96 at Walmart. ($10 with the coupon) Before, we could barely see the channels(with outside antennae) and now, we get from 18-29 channels, its amazing! We just have the cheapest one that Walmart had available.

I've been looking and I think Walmart is going to be the best place to buy these, we don't have sales tax so I'll be OOP just under $10 each on these. Since we only have basic cable on one TV this will make a big difference for the other two TVs that are currently only used for DVD&VHS. I recently put the 'spare' TV in my youngest girls room, as my oldest already had 'mine' after my old boss gave us a bigger TV. I don't need a TV in my room, but I do have mixed emotions about the kids actually getting channels in their room, as right now my kids only watch a handful of hours a week of TV and I think this might tempt them more.

Anyone find a place selling the converters for $0 OOP?
