Yes, I believe it! This is what "extreme couponing ~ the show" has done. One of my local grocery stores did their 1st ever triple coupon event (up to .99) today, and a manager told me it was unbelievable with women yelling & complaining about everything in very long lines at 7AM!!!

It Just feels a little big brother to me.. Limit the coupon sure that is fine. I get that We are used to that now..
. But i dont like being told i can't buy 5 boxes of the same cereal.in one Trip if i want too .. How do they work that If there is no coupon.. You can use as many coupons as you want but only buy 4 per variety.
Maybe they worded wrong.. I may have to contact them and share my annoyance with that limitation ..
