I do have one question, I am from Chicago and I noticed this past Sunday's Chicago Tribune and Chicago SunTimes, that the coupons for the Red Plum do not have the same coupons in them. The Tribune had the coupons for the Wisk Detergent and the Suave Coupons and the SunTimes didn't. As I had purchased 8 news papers to start to stock pile my coupons and this was my very first time couponing ever. I checked about 20 newspapers and none of those Suntimes had them either. Is this normal or they just didnt include them in that newspaper by mistake? Thank you again for this post and helping us all!!!

Unfortunately that is very typical. Coupons are absent from lots of newspapers and so the inserts will vary from paper to paper. As a general rule the newspapers with a higher circulation will have more and better coupons. But some coupons are only issued in certain regions or markets. Depends on who the MQ wants to lure in. Often small town newspapers will only have half of the coupons listed above. So don't ever expect a certain coupon to be in your newspaper. But if you want something and don't get it check out the FSOT sections, coupon clippers and ebay to get some. The good thing about these lists is even if you don't get the coupon you know it exists and can work on getting some from somewhere.

If you are buying a Chicago paper, always get the Tribune, the coupons are much much better. Also, the SunTimes splits their inserts between Thursday and Sunday I think.

The Trib is pretty much always the better paper. The SunTimes has inserts, but they're almost never the same. I'd invest in a few subscriptions to the Trib (there's a post somewhere with discount codes that I can't find, but I'll keep looking and PM you when I find it), and pick up additional papers at the Dollar Tree or Mendards (because they're only $1)

To expand a little more too, since we've already hijacked this thread. When you grab the Tribune, you'll also get coupons on the front at times, like free Dunkin Donuts coffee, and you will always get the special inserts like Target, Pepsico, and General Mills. It's a really good paper.
