Fooey! It's not working!

Anyone else having trouble with this?

It is insisting upon installing their own coupon printing software; apparently the stuff that I'm running for coupons.com, et all, isn't sufficient for what they want. But the darned thing just hangs and is non-responsive after telling it to go ahead and try to install.

(This is why I do prints from a disposable machine) (and no, I have not updated the java for the SS because too many people report problems with it ...)

I had trouble also...no coupon printed. It is e-centives, which I have printed before, so not sure what's up

anyway, DH took the email to the store and they accepted it...bet they don't think a guy would be trying to coupon fraud, like some stores accuse ladies

downside...paper in the printer had coupon on the other side [I try to print front/back] and they KEPT the email...lost 50¢ on Lysol!

Couldn't print either. But thanks for the tip about bringing the e-mail. I can really use this for dog food!
