Stopped by this morning to pick up donuts and a paper a Cub had the Cub Brand Boneless, Skinless, split chicken breast for .89/lb. The use by date was 03/04 (today) and the packs were the bigger ones 3 to 5 pounds. Guessing they are trying to clear it out, because of the date.

I picked up a bunch, I am going to separate and seal-a-meal and freeze it. Can't beat that price for chicken breast.

After I read your post, I stopped @ Cub before picking up some produce @ Costco. The packages are the same as the one's from last week's ad for $1.78 lb. I bought $52 worth & used my $5/$50 Q!!!!! That brought my per lb. price to .82 cents for boneless, skinless chicken breast.

I repackaged the breasts into packs of 5x 5 oz. pieces & one lb. packs of "tendors" breast strips.

They had these packs at the Brooklyn Park North Cub today. either .89 or .99/#. Can't remember. They had lots of them around 5pm!
