Just called and was told there are two, although neither is as good as the shrimp deal last week!

Bananas - .39 pound
New York Strip Steak - $4.99 pound

She also mentioned that Jennie-O turkeys are .39 pound and that they had a manager's special on Butterball turkey for .88 pound. Not sure if that is all stores or just the one I called.

Thanks. The bananas are cheaper at Holiday. The Jennio-Turkeys are on special at my cub as well. I think it will run now through Thanksgiving.

I also think the turkeys will stay on special through Thanksgiving, mostly due to Wal-Mart coming out with their $20 Thanksgiving dinner. I think they are .40/lb there, so Cub will want to beat that price.

My store had a sign that said "cheapest turkey prices in town" and had butterball turkey for 0.39 a pound as well. Also had the bananas and NY steak listed as the 3 day special as well.

Did this today and got a 10 lb turkey for less than $3!

I have to agree that the turkey price is awesome! And I will add that when I went in to pick mine up, one of the employees mentioned that they might even go lower! As in .29! Thinking this could create a new love for turkey!!

My store was completely out of the 0.39 turkey. They had rainchecks good for 30 days. Picked up a couple of rainchecks and thought it might be a good deal if they run another BOGO promotion later on.
