I was just there. I didn't get the details, but did see bagged shrimp for ????, and hamburger that was $1.25/lb but you had to buy it in bulk packaging. I was running through and didn't have time to really read it. Sorry

I just got back from the store - I took a picture of the sign with my phone so I wouldn't get anything wrong!

Here are the two deals I saw:

#1 - Arctic Shores cooked shrimp (frozen) - $2.99 - LIMIT 4 (medium, tail on, 50 count - 12 oz.)

#2 - 75% lean ground beef 5 pounds - LIMIT 1 - $6.25

Does anyone know if they would take the $.50 ground beef coupon that is in the hot deals forum? It's an IP and doesn't really print with a logo so I'm just wondering if anyone has tried yet.

Used the coupon a couple of days ago at the cub on 7 and 41. Went thru fine.

I used the coupon at the Cub in Monticello with no problems. Though, I had taken a print out of the cargill site in case it was questioned as it does look a little odd with no store logo.

Coconut Shrimp is EASY!! and soooo good!

All I do is have about 3 eggs (depending on how many shrimp you are doing) scrambled up in a bowl, a bowl of flour, and a bowl for the coconut.

Take a shrimp, dip in the eggs, dip and coat in the flour, dip and coat in the eggs again and then finally dip and coat in the coconut. I then lay them on a greased cookie sheet and throw it in the oven at about 350 untill they are golden brown... don't remember how long it normally takes... probably 20 minutes or so.
