You don't. (I think flash freezing them helps hold their shape better, but freezing changes strawberries... they will never be the same again.)

They are still super yummy though. Serve as a sauce, or just serve in a bowl with a bit of cream and suger over them.... heaven! (Of course, I usually freeze strawberries fresh from the garden. I haven't tried freezing store strawberries, and they probably won't come out quite as sweet in the end.)
