Cub sales activated on Saturday
Went to Cub this morning to buy a Sunday paper. The Cub ad started to slip out of the paper when the cashier picked it up and she accidentally scanned a Cub coupon (Jack's pizza) instead of the SCU for the paper. I made a comment about it being from next week's sale ad & it didn't start till Sunday, right? She (cashier) told me they activate their sales on Saturday to accomodate the people who buy the early edition of the Sunday paper.

This was at the Elk River Cub - not sure if this is all stores or not...

The Woodbury store usually has sale signs up for Sunday items Saturday morning. I knew the sale prices were activated, but not the coupons or catalinas. Hmmmmm.....
