Yea, I have seen them on end caps, and the prices sounds about right. I know earlier this year they were included in a cat deal I thought. So maybe they will do one again.

I actually remembered to look for these today! I know, shocking when I had my 3YO with me. Anyway, they were marked 2/$6 - kind of a sale I guess...

I found some of these at Target today on clerance for $2.15. They were some kind of bbq chicken.

I was going to get these at my Cub today for $3 and use my $2 off IP coupon. But remember that at least my Cub doesnt take IP coupons over $1. So, I went to Target and found them for $2.54 regular priced.
