Shopped at Cub on Sunday night and did the Kellogs and Post deals. I also got 17 pints of Breyers, but the checkout girl scrutinized each and every coupon. Wanted to know if I printed them. "No". She took forever and finally asked me how many Breyers I had- 17. How many coupons- 17. She definately thought I was getting away with something.

I WISH! I have been to 3 cub foods in the last 2 days looking and nada. They dont carry them. Can anyone tell me a cub that DOES carry them? I am in St Paul. I have a bunch of these qs as well and was thinking this would be awsome, my fav ice cream for FREE. Thanks

i have found them at to cubs in brroklyn park and center but brooklyn park only had 5 last night i took 4 off them
i have any question also and my girls eat ice cream every night before bed so hopeful they will get them in stock
i did have a hard time founding them at first i was looking with the singles but no they are at my store more near the 1/2 gal icecream . i just look for sign 10/10

The breyer's ice cream pints($1) are not something Cub normally carries, I couldn't find them, so I asked, they were in an endcap freezer with a bunch of other stuff, so they were hard to see. My store only had the oreo and vanilla, I got 10. The tearpad Q ($1)from SA was a little weird looking, black and white, but it did indeed come off a tearpad. I got 10. So if you can't find the ice cream, ask because they might have it hiding somewhere.

I just got back from Cub with more ice cream, but discovered after the fact that the checkout boy missed two of my coupons. I hate it when that happens. I didn't notice right away because I had other things that I picked up also. Does anyone have some tips for making sure all of your coupons get scanned?

I have asked at all 3 cub foods after searching the whole frozen food section a few times myself. They have plenty of the Edys and Kemps at 10/10 and the manager couldnt understand why I didnt just want that instead.

I had $1 missed yesterday at Cub, I probably could have gone to cust. service, but I didn't want to wait, and in the grand scheme of things, considering how much I save, and all the free stuff I get at Cub, I just decided it wasn't worth it, after all i ended up paying that $1 for 10 pints of ice cream.

Yes, the coupons are legit. I had grabbed some coupons a month ago and roaked them in an envie. I did find two on my desk. I guess I could just go back to SA, but I think my DH would freak if I bring home anymore ice cream. I hope my cub has some though.

I can answer that one! At the MN AFC Get Together this last Saturday, we of course were in the Community Room at Byerly's again. Byerly's had a coupon for free plates or bowls. Some people were able to get a good stock of them. I think some people were also able to get some great deals on formula and a few other items.

I too could not find the Ice Cream and was told by someone on the floor it was only available in certain markets. I went to customer service, found the ad and showed it to her. She then asked me...."what do you want me to do about it?" I told her I wanted her to tell me why they didn't have any in stock? She then called someone from the frozen/freezer department and we walked back to look – we could not find any. He then proceeded to open one of the freezer doors and told me to take 10 pints of haagen daz and would speak to the check out person when I was finished shopping. She put a $10 misc merchandise charge in and took my coupons. I got about $45 dollars worth of ice cream for free.

Seriously. Grocery store employees need to realize that they are MAKING money of MF coupons. I wouldn't be buying all that I buy if it were not for coupons!

She took your coupons for Breyers and used them on Haagen Daz?? What Cub were you at? I'm not trying to be mean but we do not share this kind of information. We don't encourage it or support it. You should only use the coupons for what it is intended for. We have enough problems using them correctly.

What? I don't think you understand. No, I was told to do so by one of guys working in the freezer department. Because they did not have the Breyers, they substituted the Haagen Daz. He said he wanted to have a happy customer. Sorry if my explanation was confusing. I was not stating that I was using the coupons in an inappropriate way.

I was at the Northtown CUB the other day and they didn't have this ice cream pints. Both the manager and the stock person checked and looked and searched. They finally decided that I can take one of the bigger Breyers, which equal out to 2 pints for $2. I then asked them if I can used the coupon, and yes, they let me used 2-$1 coupons on the $2 ice cream. Worked out just fine. May be it was because I only wanted 2 pints, and they didn't want to give me a raincheck for something that they're not carry.

I called Cub and they said the warehouse is out. don't forget to get your rainchecks as there is no limit on the amount you can get.
