| CVS ECB question--didn't print or register
I went to CVS today to get the Playskool deal. At the first store I bought one pack of diapers 10.99 with a few other things, yada yada. Then at the second store I bought another pack 10.99. I was surprised to find when I got in the car that my bucks had not printed ($5) AND that my receipts both say that I bought only 10.99 worth of Playskool stuff. When in fact I *spent* 21.98. (Did that make sense or am I being too brief?) Is there a way to fix this, or is it a loss? TIA

Call CS and they can verify... They will then force them to print during your next visit (welllllll maybe a couple visits). I think ti takes 48 hours to make it into the system and force the print
|

I agree..call the 800 number and get whats due to you. I did. My husband thought I was nuts! 15 minutes on the phone.....for a one dollar ECB!!! I said Hey, I can get you enough body wash for 6 months with that ONE lonely ECB!!  A buck is a buck.
