Help with a few things

First off.....as far as TRADING COUPONS...is this done just by finding someone who has what you want and they want what you have and you just mail them to each other?

Where do I find Milk Coupons? I saw some on AFC but they are not printable and not sure where to get them?

Also on average how long does it take to actually see yourself saving money?

I am still new at this...and heres my thought..I have a 4.00 CVS ECB reciept...and I have a coupon for 2.00 off Huggies Diapers...We need diapers..is it worth it to use the 4.00 ECB for just this one purchase?

yes, trading is done by finding someone and working out a deal for which Qs you will exchange for what...Qs they want, stamps, money, etc
...check the FSOT forum

if you search in the database for milk, there are a few printables, but most come from other sources; get to the database using the blue menu bar above: Coupons > Coupon Database
...if you click on a specific Q in the database and click on the magnifying glass, you can see if anyone wants to trade that Q

you save money when you use your first coupon...read the forums for the stores you shop at and learn how to save more

I think the Huggies are on sale next week at CVS, so use your ECB and coupons to get them for as cheap as possible...if you need diapers, it is definitely worth it [but wait for the sale]

I agree with Brook6; use the Huggies MQ with the $4.00 ECB this week while they are on sale, unless you know something we don't! Anyway, coupons were scarce when I had babies so $8.99-4-2 equaling $2.99 before tax, well, I would have gladly taken that deal!!!

Milk coupons are harder to find, I think. Although I did see a brand called "over the moon" with a MQ for $1.00 though. That brand is a bit pricier in my area. I just hold my ECBs back for milk only if I can't find a better deal and the need is great. Your situation may be different than mine, but I bet the more you use your CVS card on your bargain shopping, the more likely you will be issued discounted CRT coupons from their Extra Care Card scanning machine. You might want to try Walgreens, too, if it's in your area. HTH!
