Quick question ~

Can I use more than 1 manufacturer's coupon on 1 item? For example, I have a $2 and a $1.50 Huggies coupon. Can I use them on 1 package of Huggies or do I need to get 2 packages of Huggies to use the 2 coupons?

Yep, two coupons for $X/1 would equal two packages.
Only time you can double up coupons on one item is if one is a MFG and one is a store coupon, such as at Target.
