 Anti-bacterial body wash?
Does anyone know if there is such a thing as an anti-bacterial body wash? I have surgery tomorrow and was told to shower with one prior to surgery and after, while healing, to prevent infection. I don't recall ever seeing one. Let me know if you know of one. TIA

Just found one by Dial on the Harris Teeter Site. Whoops! In case the link doesn't work, it's Dial Body Wash - Antibacterial Spring Water, 18 oz., $4.99. Active ingredient, Triclosan 0.15%. 88 results for body wash and I'm surprised there was only one described as antibacterial. Especially these days. Maybe I just found my million-dollar idea? I just did a google search on antibacterial body wash and it came up with Dial and Equate. Good luck w/surgery!

Yes, I think dial also has one that actually smells decent. Look for pomegranate one.

I just used dial antibacterial hand soap on my body before my surgery with both kids. HTH

My doctor instructed me to use Hibiclens prior to surgery.

Oh no! I hope things go well for you! I know that it's not good to use it for prolonged periods of time. But Dial is the brand you should probably get. You might want to use regular soap on your skin each time you wash after and then go over again with the Dial.
