anyone ever print their IPs in black and white and get trouble for it because they think you may have just xeroxed a bunch of the same coupons? I havent tried it, because all my IPS have been in color but I am trying to save some of my color ink since most if it is gone because of printing q's . TIA

Same here. It's never been an issue for me and I've never had a cashier question a b&w IP.

ditto - nobody ever questions my coupons, i use black and white and print on fast draft

I would say it depends on the stores in your area. I have never had a problem but I have read about some other having problems in the past.

Thanks all for your input. I just didnt want to feel like a fraud LOL. Only b&w q I plan on using anytime soon is a 4 dollar off a imotions freshmatic, but I have two others and they all have diff barcode numbers.. at least the last 2.. so I dont think they 'd think I copied from ones i have, it even has "for use of household of (my name)" , but I guess ill find out whenever i get to use it!

most coupons say something to the effect of "acceptable if in color or black & white" or something like that in the fine print. if they do give you a hard time about it, they are wrong. it is perfectly acceptable to not use color ink.

I have never had a problem. I only have an old relic of a printer that only does black and white.

My printer ran out of color ink more than a year ago. I have never had a b&w coupon not accepted, or even questioned over the lack of color. Go for it.

I always print in black and white. It still prints the watermark in the background so they can tell it's not copied.

I've been questioned when I print in b&w

I would love to get a new printer, as mine only takes Epson ink, and the
nearest place to replace my ink is 45 miles away.
Does anyone know of a good priinter (cheap)
that takes cheap ink, that can be bought at WalMart???
