All of a sudden I can't print any coupons on any site. It takes me there and when I click print coupons it tells me I need to download the coupon printer which I already have. So I download it again and run it...same thing. I remove it all off my computer, download and run it again....same thing. Sometimes, it acts like it's going to let me print coupons and then it takes me to the screen where it looks like it's printing but I have to enter my zip code and then it says it's printing but it never does. I'm having the same problem on 2 other computers I have. I'm running Internet Explorer 8 on Windows XP.

I am not sure, if this is going to help but try different browser like firefox. Sometimes it works for me when I change the browser. HTH

I have found it doesn't work for me if I follow links from this site. I get the same "install" message over and over. However, if I google the coupon and go to the original site directly it works for me. Good luck, Mary Jean
