For some reason I can no longer print SS coupons and other coupons like the honey bunches of oats. I get this message: If this page appears for a long time, it is likely that there is Java installed but is disabled. For instructions on how to enable Java in your web browser please visit our help page by clicking here. I've followed all the instructions in order to fix the problem, but it still doesn't work! Has anyone else had this problem, or know how to fix it? Thanks! Crystal |

when the coupon comes up, try and copy and paste, then open IE and then paste it. This happens to me a lot and then i just copy and paste in IE and it prints fine |

As crazy as this may sound it works for me because I had went through all the steps and made sure my boxes were already checked like the troubleshooting had stated. I had rebooted, everything and still wasn't able to print. Then one day I noticed this trick: Before you try to print any coupons go into your options and uncheck the boxes that say Enable Javascript and Enable Java. Hit ok. Go back into options and recheck the boxes again. Hit ok and then try to print. You'll also notice after you do this trick that there will be a small java pic in your menu bar near the clock at the bottom of your screen. As long as I have that java pic I can print until I close my browser. Give it a try...

Mine does this alot too, and all I do is hit the back arrow, and then it recognizes the JAVA I guess and starts queuing up the print. Why it works...I don't know!

This happens to me alot with Smartsource. I use firefox and what I do is this: Click on Tools in the toolbar at the top of the screen then click on Options. Uncheck and then recheck the Enable Java box. Click okay and try again. Works for me everytime so far. |

I have to copy paste into IE too for mine.

I use Firefox 3, but to print my smartsource I just pull them up with IE and have no problem printing.

If I can't get a coupon to print in IE I just try it with firefox. Works everytime.

Thanks guys! I actually got it to print shortly after I posted this. I went to another site to print a coupon & it said I needed to install a newer version of Java (or something along that line!) it had a link for me to click on & install, after that & rebooting I was also able to print the smartsource! I don't remember what site I was on though when I got the message & link to java : ( sorry! Thanks for all the tips, if I have the problem again, I can try some of these!
