Question Where to buy ink?

Since you all know where to find the deals - where on earth do I buy ink for my printer, since I am going through so much of it? I use Lexmark 14 and 15 cartridges for my inkjet.

Do you do refills? Do you order online? What's the best deal?

TIA

I really like Sams Club. Its usually just over the price you would pay for a two pack in Walmart, you get a three pack which includes two black. As for me I almost always use two black to one color cartridge. I don't trust the refills as I have even tried the kits to let you refil it yourself and have never found anything that doesn't leak!
Most Office Max stores will give you a free pack of letter papper for each cartridge you give to them!
I have seen alot of websites selling them for way cheaper like www re-inks com and www inkcloners com, but you have to watch out for shipping and handling costs!
One thing that I do is use my ink until it dies not until the printer tells you to replace it! I go another week with it telling me my ink is low!

I have been getting mine refilled at Walgreens. They do both black and color. They charged between $13.00 and $9.99 to do one. A way better price than getting them new for me. Good Luck!

I like Sams Club too. I return my empty cartridges to Staples and then get $3 to spend at Staples in the mail. I thought that Office Max wasn't doing the deal with the paper anymore?

I tried our Wal-Greens, but they don't refill, and the next nearest one (45 min away) doesn't do Lexmark!

I buy mine on ebay. Make sure it's new and not refurbished. Last time I bought a new one that expired in 2007 and it works fine. Paid $18 total vs. $75 in the store. The ones with more current expiration dates were going for $30.

I get mine at Cartridge World. I pay $8.00 for my black and 13.00 for my color. I've been using them now for about 3 yrs. and I LOVE them!! I use a 74 and a 75 for a HP Deskjet.

Oh my gosh - I'm laughing my butt off. As I open your post and begin to read there are THREE ads on the screen for buying ink!!!! ROFL

I've tried the Walgreens refill. I did the black, but it only worked for a couple of days and then acted up. I've printed less then 50 pages and it doesn't work at all now.

I'm not sure where I'll buy it next. I need to get some this weekend though so probably wont try to buy online this time - but next time I'll shop online and see what I can find.
