Everytime I try to print from Smart Source I get a message my Java is disabled (which it is not) and the coupon won't print. I've tried hitting the back arrow twice and all that prints is a picture of the item. Any help would be appreciated. I use Fire Fox. Thanks!

I can't print either, it just prints a little picture of the item on the coupon ie: a can of soup

Which version of Firefox are you using? I am using Firefox 3 and can't print them, but I pulled up my internet explorer 8 and have no problem printing them. Hope this helps!

I have the same problem. Sometimes I keep hitting back, then print, (until it says my print limit is reached) and one will print. But it doesn't always work. Then of course I have never printed more than one, if it prints at all.

when this happens, I go to the page button [green arrows in upper left] and go back to the page before the java message...then it loads

don't use the green arrows, click the down arrow and select it [1 below current page]

Not sure if it has been said, but you can copy and paste from FF into IE and then it will print

I Have found a couple of sites that the smartsource will not work. So I go to other sites and most of the times I get coupons.

I tried printing from IE and it crashed my computer. Still having issues this morning on that computer. Monitor comes on in sleep mode. I don't know what happened.

I had this problem on Firefox on a laptop. I reinstalled JAVA and it worked fine. Not sure if it would work, but I did get the same disabled message and the re-installation worked.
