Everything prints no the coupon, except no bar code - why????? Anyone else ever have this problem? I know there's a limit of one or two, but it's on the first coupon. I can print from any other sight, just about and they print fine, just not the smart source. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, etc. Any suggestions? Is it my printer, Smart Source, or what? I've lost out on some good coupons from them. Any help would be so appreciated!!

I get the same on the new smart source Q's also. I believe that is the new Q's. My local walmart takes them with no problem.

I just read on Smart Source that they recently updated their printing technology and it supports AOL, but not AOL Dial Up. This is what I have of course. It says if AOL Dial up is my ISP, I can print with Internet Explorer or Firefox. Okay, sounds good, but how do I do all that? Anyone know?

moneymaker, I figured it out!!!! I just opened Internet Explorer, pulled up the Smart Source coupons and wala, the bardcodes printed!!! So, it must have been my AOL dial up I was using. I never use Ineternet Explorer to open my internet, always AOL, but I'll have to start if I want those coupons! Wow, I'm glad I figured it out finally, it' been driving me nuts, for awhile now!!!! Thanks for your input moneymaker!
