| How do you clean between the windows?
How do you clean between your storm and regular windows? Should I rig some type of towel tool to shove up in there? My windows don't fold down. Thanks!

i could never figure this out. Eventually replaced my windows (the old ones were drafty) but was so excited to have ones that fold out- I clean them constantly!

We had these in our old house and I hated them for this very reason. Yes, I took a yard stick with a cleaning towel and then a dry towel to get the worst of it. I was never satisfied with the results though. I am sure there must be a product on the market now for these, but thankfully, I moved and didn't have to think about it again. Good luck!

Slide down the storm window and push the tabs at the bottom in, pull the sash towards you and it will come out. Now remove the top sash the same way. Now you can clean.

I used to have old aluminum windows and storm windows before we finally got new ones. I opened the inside window and cleaned that side of the storm window. Then I opened the storm window and closed the inside window and cleaned that side of the inside window from the outside.
