Is there a special way to send a referral for a friend or family member, or do they just mention your user name when signing up for the first time?

I just noticed in our statistics section there is a place that says referrals so I didn't know how those get updated. TIA!

Click on your reputations button up on the top right corner of your page. Once that page is opened up, in the middle on the second line you will see a referral URL. Copy & paste that in the e-mail or write out that address when you give to friends. This will give you the referral. Hope that helps!
