Ok I downloaded the coupon printer from coupons dot com and now I dont know how to use it.
I am not sure if it works?
Any help would be great

If you have downloaded the software, then you need to go to the main page and click on the ones you want. At the end, click to print. At that point, if you have a Pop-up-blocker, you will see a yellow bar across the top of your screen, just below the toolbar, which you need to click on to allow the coupon screen to open so you can print. I didn't realize about that yellow bar at first, too, and felt frustrated that I couldn't get my coupons to print.

Just a FYI, I am constantly downloading the smartsource printer, and I have yet to be able to print from them. It says it was successful, and everything, but never prints. I don't have any trouble with bricks though. Post #2, hit it right on what to do to see if it works. Good luck and happy printing.

Are you guys who can't print using Vista? I could never get some sites to work on my laptop, which has Vista, but I've found I can print from everywhere on my DH's computer which has XP. So now I just take over his desk when I need to print up coupons.

I just tried the same thing this morning. Yes, I do have Vista on my laptop. I tried to print on my desktop that has XP and it worked - most of the time. Thanks for answering. I really appreciate it.

I'm on a Mac. Can't get any of the coupons to print. I've never been able to get any coupons to print, not even from manufacture sites. sigh. Whole couponing thing has me frustrated. No one around here doubles coupons. I tried using a Walgreens deal (.99c toothpaste, $1 off coupon) it was such a hassle - had to call the manager over, void, enter, redo coupon. sigh. The "shopping lists" are large and unwieldly and very often it's still a better deal to buy store brand. grumble.

me either we have vista. couponprinter doesnt work. i go to momslikeme.com and those coupns i can print but thats it.. im so upset

I have XP I have given up on printing online coupons...

I have no problem printing coupons from smartsource.com but if a manufacturer printable Q is "powered" by smartsource then I can't print it on my Vista or XP using either of my printers. It drives me nuts.

sometimes it depends on your web browser too- IE is a little more coupon friendly than firefox... hope that helps..

I have found the above author to be true. I tried printing my coupons with firefox and it wouldn't work, I saw on another site to use Internet Explorer and sure enough it worked.

I wish it were that easy. I'm using IE and still nothing.

I receive a message that says there was in "internal error". The "help" section has nothing on this message. My next step is to contact smartsource. Maybe others have reported the same issue.

Does anyone ever print their coupons on scrap paper? I bring home lots of paper from work that has printing on one side. Will the stores take the coupons with something else printed on the other side?

i can do coupons now from momslikeme.com and wowcoupons. thats it. but the both pretty much have the same ones. The ones from actual companies i email and hope they respond with yes i will send you the coupon sorry for the inconvience at least thats something. I hate vista. they say its so great in one breath then oh its got lots of bugs. i just love how it says coupns printing and it doesnt!

I have to use firefox to print from smart source coupons and I have xp on this computer.

Just a thought -- I use firefox and when I downloaded the coupon printer, I still had problems. Then I searched for help online and found that I should direct the printer to save to my desktop. Then go back to the desktop and double click on the printer to install it. Some computers won't allow the printer to actually install after the download. You might give that another try and see if that's the problem. It didn't automatically install for me once I had downloaded it.

I also downloaded the software and still could not print coupons ! I don't see a yellow bar below the toolbar...I'm using internet explorer ???
